not just rogues - warriors switch from dex to strength for physical crit is going to have a LOT of consequences. Personally, I'm thinking off the bat that VK and Champ might start being the go-to souls to cap crit. I haven't put together anything official (or even linkable) but I would think something like a VK/Champ/Paragon or VK/Champ/BM should cap physical crit pretty easily.
I think there are already theorycrafted builds and some parses in the PTS forum as well for warriors, i'll see what i can search
