New Event Feature - Preset Event Groups

You can now preset your groups for Raids and such and allow people to "Sign Up" as an alternate in the event of no shows.

You can also use the URL field to link to your forum post to give more information and discuss the event / participation.

NOTE: Only had enough time to put this on the edit side of the system. So create the event then go back and set designated seats.

Upcoming Features:
* Reminder Email to Raid, Day before the event
* Cancellation notices for participating members to inform the event leader.
* Send a message to raid members or raid leader depending if your the leader or follower.

This is an awesome feature. I just used it to set up all the Hammerknell, GSB, and RoS raids. Everything worked great for me, I didn't get any errors or problems whatsoever. This is not necessarily a request or anything but is it possible to type into the combo box for filling in the signed up members? I ask only because some people in my raid have yet to make an account on this website so I can't choose them in their names in the combo-box. Like I said, it's no big deal. Thank you for this again. :)

Unfortunately no. The characters aren't stored as names their ID's. If they are in the guild or tuatha and have logged in in the past 14 days they should show in that list. Claimed or not.

I have been maintaining all of this information in my own Google docs, and sending out in-game mail notices by hand to everyone for my raiding teams. I cannot say thank you enough for this and the upcoming features you plan to incorporate, I truly appreciate it. Thank you thank you!

The only glitch I saw is the gear level requirement (Expert 1, Raid Tier 1, etc.) would not save the first time I set it. I would have to go into the event and edit it, set the gear requirement level a second time, and then save it for it to stick. Otherwise this worked beautifully, thank you!
