Marketplace Issues - Defiant Confusion

With the addition of Defiant characters to the marketplace there has been some confusion when claiming and filling orders.

~Please~ do not mark an order as filled before you actually mail it off.

For every order I place for one of my defiant characters there are at least 2 that are claimed then returned (because they realize it's for the Defiant side). A few times now I've had orders that claimed to be filled (and my account was charged and theirs was credited) when the order was never filled. I know this is due to faction confusion... so

/bump because it's important

One of those was because our internal system didn't recognize that the characters were defiant and we tried to process orders and send them and it failed. I've since fixed the issue but have restored the 3 carmintium bars to the list.
