DEFIANT - Warfront Wednesdays! @ 6:30pm Server Time

Why bother with warfronts? Two words : fast mount! You can get a 90% mount for use at level 40. The favor cost isn't bad :) Zivah bought one at level 25.

Week 1 = 8/17 levels 20-29
Week 2 = 8/24 levels 30-39
Week 3 = 8/31 levels TBD


After the first couple of weeks we'll see where we've got our numbers, if we've got enough for multiple groups and level brackets we can add to it.

Can you point us to some info on the mount and how it is obtained? Also, there are other reasons for Warfronts. Loot, Excitement, Experience, and Teamwork! LEET! Sure, it takes a bit to learn, and ya, ya die, but its only a slight annoyance. Remember my motto (below). I really feel a good team has a lot of fun. Stay together as it is not Quake! My only complaint is that the matches are too quick. I'd like to see one, two, even three hour battles! :)

in the Command Center area of Meridian, Girdoom the "Favor Quartermaster" sells the Eldritch Vanguard Steed, a 90% speed mount with a 13,359 Favor price tag. It's usable at level 40. Personally I'd get the mount before even buying the PvP soul for your class, the soul tree relies on higher Prestige Ranks to unlock skills... so at Prestige Rank 1 it's pretty useless. Prestige Rank 2 unlocks at 50. I love that warfronts are both fun and nerve wracking at the same time :) If you want epic long battles I undestand Port Scion is a really long battle (pretty sure that's 50+) I've never been there myself but I'm looking forward to it!

Just a reminder, this week 8/24 is the level 30-39 bracket for us. I also changed the start time to 6:30pm.
