are there any artifact swapping events or anything similar to the marketplace for artifacts?
I know there are a TON of artifacts and I used to collect them like crazy but I stopped for a while and am looking into getting back into collecting them.
Anything currently going on with these? Anyone interested in starting something?

The guild vault has a tab setup for Artifact swapping. I believe it depends on your rank on how many withdrawals you can make each day. I've been seeing a lot of activity though with artifacts going in and out daily.
On a side note,I've been noticing that items other than artifacts have been placed on the tab too, especially blue items and runes that are useful for lower level characters.

Check the guild bank "vault 3" Don't know if this is what you are thinking of?
