T2 and beyond

Hey all I know I've probably grped with ya for a t2 or expert rift in the past week or so. I asked earlier today what is beyond t2. Ya see I've got 4 pieces of armor of t2 left to farm. I have Chest (which I can pick up in a CC run), gloves, helm, and belt. Not to mention I need a new tanking wep and shield. But regardless I'm a hardcore casual player so getting the gear won't take long. ---I digress--- I'm confused as to what I can do past T2.

The obvious answers is to help the fam get t2 geared (Which I will be happy to run as a tank/dps)and to get my DPS spec t2 geared. However I was told today that raiding now comes into the field. Now I've only raided like maybe once. I've never been a hardcore player because of RL but now I find myself wanting to raid. Yet I notice that my time schedule is a bit off-setting. I'm a night associate at a retail store. (AKA: Closing Night Cashier) I barely have my nights available and I usually work from 2-10 PM EST. So my peak hours are usually past 11-4AM. Not exactly ideal. Any type of suggestions or info would be greatly appreciated gang =)

Sounds like you fall into the same category as most of us oceanics as your playtime is my usual prime time. Sadly, there weren't many proper raiders at that time back when I was looking, so we made our raid on the weekend when we could fit in with most other people. Well, that was one of the reasons anyway :) Having said that, I guess just see who's on consistently at those times and see if they're willing to give it a go. Raiding initially isn't easy and you usually have to make sure everyone in your group is running with the best or close to the best spec they can...and knows it well. P.s. I'm intrigued as to what's a hardcore casual player? :P
