Well the Gaiscioch Family has done it again. We've grown beyond the limits of the game mechanic! At this point clicking "Show Offline" on the guild roster will 90% of the time crash your game. Thus making promotions impossible while your offline.
Now I want to make something clear. The Website Rank is your rank. We try to mirror this to the game but due to limitations it sometimes doesn't happen right away. All ranks in game have the same privileges except for unregistered members. They can not invite. I need everyone to be patient. If your online and you see Don, Naquetta (Doctorfixit), or I online pop us a tell and ask if we can update your rank.
I have built a script that will parse the guild and tell who's been online in the last 30 minutes. Unfortunately the way the export works I am unable to get accurate time on who's currently logged in. I've had offlines show as online no matter how fine tuned I get. The Parser will highlight those who have been online in the past 30 minutes so we can try to promote you while your online.
To help make accelerate this process. We will begin running this script 30 minutes before each of our major events. If you wish to get promoted please arrange to be online 30 minutes before the event and be ready to switch to your alts as needed. We want to make this as easy as possible and we simply can't see the full guild roster safely anymore.
The website has your true rank and gives you all the abilities you need. The in game rank is not nearly as important.
