Didn't the new 1.3 patch add a Guild-Tithing feature?
I looked all over my player settings and couldn't find a "box to check"...
If someone knows how to set it, please post :)

It is a guild perk that has already been activated. When you get loot from a mob there is a percentage over that amount that is given directly to the guild bank. It in no way affects the amount of loot you receive.
It's not something players set :) It's a Guild Perk
Just to clarify (in case there's any question) - this does not mean you get 3% less loot. It's basically like getting an additional 3% bonus coin drop loot direct deposited into the guild vault.

Is the Tithe feature actually working? There is nothing in the tooltip when we loot that indicates any money is going to the guild bank. Is the guild bank currently swelling in plat from more than just donations?
Yes, you can sit there and watch it go up. Unfortunately most coin pickups at level 50 are up to 2 gold which is 200 silver which comes out to 6 silver per corpse looted.... Tonight it should go up quite a bit with us being in Shimmersand... we hope :)
Is there (was there) shard firsts for things like purchasing Vault 3 etc?
