I'm trying to patch 1.3, but it isn't even giving me the option to update nor showing the changes text on my patcher.
It still shows 10/6/11 hotfix #4.
Is anyone able to patch yet? Does anyone know how to fix my problem if they are able to download 1.3?
I've already tried the recovery option, to no avail.

its 1:20pm here and its STILL Not Patching..... WOW..
Guys, be patient. Right before this thing went up someone on the PTS server found a bug in the guild vaults that actually brought down the PTS server. Imagine 1 person being able to crash a server on demand. They had to act quickly to disable the banks and remove the patch from the servers it was already transferring too. The reload the new patch without the guild banks until they can patch that bug. All of that happened right as they were uploading the new patch so I imagine the servers that started getting 1.3 first ended up needing a fresh install of the patch thus lengthening the time. It's better to be down than have it live and crashing. Be patient.
Finally patching. Just seemed oddly late and I was worried it was firewall issue or something =)
