I am looking to improve my warrior DPS, I started with 44 CHamp, 8 Rift, 12 Pargon and currently trying 44 Champ, 18 Beast, 4 Rift. Any other suggestions?

I enjoy the Paragon Build for DPS but, I'm not 50 yet so it's hard for me to say what build is good at this point in my adventures. Post what you finally go towards here so I can follow!
Currently, there is little point in bothering to go in depth with understanding 'best spec' due to a sweeping and crushing nerf of warrior dps by about 20% for nearly every spec know to warrior-mankind. With the changed to strike like iron, people are hurting -bad-.
That being said, I can supply you with my current cookie cutter and a rotation. I'd like to advise you to not get too comfortable, however, since who knows what warriors will have to do next to get even similar numbers to rogues. (Mages, too, have been swat down like flies)
This is a cookie butter 2h dps build, since currently 1h dps is awful. That being said, next patch will probably make paragon the best dps spec due to our best ability being moved to it, so many a warrior may be forced to throw down wonderful two handers and squabble over 1hs with rogues.
Spec: http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0cmku.VizbV0u.EhczV0ohhz.icb
The rotation consists of several macros.
Macro 1:
#show Rising Waterfall
suppressmacrofailures
cast Rising Waterfall
cast Path of the Wind
cast Power Strike
petcast Bite
petattack
Macro 2:
#show Backhanded Blow
suppressmacrofailures
cast Backhanded Blow
cast Power Strike
cast Frenzied Strike
cast Flesh Rip
cast Flinching Strike
petcast Bite
cast Turn the Blade
cast Inescapable Fury
Macro 3:
#show Slashing Strike
suppressmacrofailures
cast Slashing Strike
cast Fierce Strike
cast Frenzied Strike
cast Flesh Rip
cast Flinching Strike
cast Turn the Blade
cast Inescapable Fury
petcast Bite
Macro 4:
#show Strike Like Iron
suppressmacrofailures
cast Strike Like Iron
cast Deathblow
cast Tearing Slash
cast Frenzied Strike
cast Flesh Rip
cast Turn the Blade
cast Inescapable Fury
petcast Bite
The rotation is as follows: (Always get strike like iron up by spamming macro 1 to get 3 points, then hitting macro 4, before beginning this rotation) The amount of combo points you have is unimportant in most cases, as the rotation takes priority.
1(Path Of The Wind/Power Strike), 1 (Rising Waterfall), 3 (Slashing Strike), 1 (Rising Waterfall), 4(Finisher), 1 (PotW/PS), 1(Rising Waterfall), 2 (Backhanded Blow), 4 (Finisher, wait until it drops cd if on cooldown, this is where you renew Strike Like Iron)
You must mash 3 during the gcd, but not mash it once it lights up, or you will deny yourself a rising waterfall. If this happens, simply skip the 3rd Rising Waterfall. Additionally, 2 should be spammed while waiting for it to light up when you reach its turn in the rotation. Finisher should also be spammed during the gcd before it is used.
This spamming is done to activate the off global cooldown abilities during the spare gcd of other abilities, maximizing dps and enabling your followup attack (Rising waterfall) to be weaved appropriately(this is why not all buttons contain the off gcd abilities)

the build isthon linked has another benefit: 5% hit from the soul tree means gearing for t2s and raids is a bit easier.
Archy did a dps warrior guide in the guides section :)
Another undocumented benefit of this build is the ability to disconnect from the game at will to avoid dying or responding to ready checks too. ;0
Here was my idea for a DPS warrior. Feel free to give pointers. He's almost 20, so there's still time to change. http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=1ckuA.E0cdoorG.xxbcdAz.xzV0z
With the new changes made with 1.3, I am looking for some new opinions and tips for a DPS warrior. I dual wield the way to go now?
I think there needs to a bit more dust settling right now. DW could be top, but by a relatively small margin, and some are arguing with certain raid buffs 2H might be superior still. Once I figure out whats going on myself, I'll post more. The warrior rift forums are actually very decent, and I would suggest looking at their 1.3 threads, particularly ones by Kutsuu.
Yeah agree with what Isthon has said and about Kutsuu's stuff. I had a t2 purple weapon, and only once I got two purple 29.2 att purple 1Hers did I manage to beat my 2H damage. So my findings kinda agree, in that DW is slightly better than 2H.
I think I found my build, played around this one I got from the forums and was pretty nice http://forums.riftgame.com/showthread.php?210216-The-new-AOE-powerhouse-(1.3)-RB-build
Currently the dual wield paragon build is top DPS for warriors against practice dummies. Most parses I have seen put it about 100 DPS over the highest 2H spec. But this is in top raid gear so for most of us the difference would be more like 50-75 DPS.
However, this build is based on Strike Like Iron (SLI) which is a finishing move where you sacrifice using a damaging ability in order to put on a short duration damage increasing buff. Since many encounters require you to run in and out of the fight, often SLI is not truly maximizing your damage. So 2H is arguably still the best DPS "in practice" and not against a practice dummy. (Also many of us are very sick of using SLI, we were stuck with it in every build for so long!)
The AoE powerhouse build posted above is generally accepted as the best 2H build for those who do not want a pet. It is the highest DPS build for AoE.
I am currently running a 33/26/7 Champ/BM/RB combo that out damages any other 2H spec I have tried on single targets by a fair margin. I do not mind the pet so much since patch 1.3 gave us an instant pet res for use during battle. I also like the challenge of micro managing my pet during boss AoE. If you don't hate your kitty this is the build for you. I will post more about the spec in greater detail when I am not at work :P

This is probably the best and most consistently up to date Warrior DPS thread going at the moment. http://forums.riftgame.com/showthread.php?206270-Now-begins-the-1.3-PVE-DPS-theorycrafting.-Step-in... I use the 38 paragon/21 champ/7 RB and it outdoes the 'new AOE powahaus' build.
My thing is I have more fun using a 2hander =) I have tried dual weild but I personally do not have as much fun. However thanks for the feedback.
