BTW wish that confirmation of buy rare was in few weeks back I have lost over 500 marks and few plaque with lag and clicking on items :(

I had the same thing happen. Did you ever contact a GM about it? I went through the process with a gm and they took back the item I bought and gave me the currency back.
That happened to me too, and the GMs were quite nice in restoring all the currency, though I hadn't equipped, dyed, or enchanted the piece I accidentally bought.
Doh. Nope I just happened to buy wrong recipe on wrong toon. I have 4 characters all crafting. I just destroyed the item those 200-300 blue ones you can buy :( The other time it happened I lagged and bought the same one twice :( Now you both went and made me even feel worse (stupider) :P
