Marketplace Upgrades - Sorry Firefox Users

So I've made some updates to speed the beast up. Only drawback is that Firefox hates it. The way I've had to code it doesnt work in firefox yet so you'll need to use IE, Safari, or Chrome to place or claim orders.

New Features:
* My Orders Section - See what you currently have on order and who's crafting it.
* Items Pulled with Ajax - Has speed the page up significantly and shouldn't lock up some peoples browsers anymore
* User Provided Materials - You can now note that you can provide materials to help expedite your order.
* User Provide Augments - Now when you place an order you can notify crafter that you will provide them with an Augment before they produce the order.

Yay to upgrades, waaa to no ff!

Trust me I wish Firefox would work but for some reason when you load a form into ajax the submit buttons just dont work. Once I find a fix i'll patch it but for right now you can click and get nowhere. :(. Works on every other browser. Firefox just hates me.

I know I'm in the minority (browser of choice wise), but I'm just tickled your stuff always works so well in Safari, Ben! If a page doesn't work right in some browser, Safari seems to usually be the one slighted (since it's the least represented/tested). But then, from my own experience, I've never really had trouble with Safari on a page that's written to spec... which must mean you write clean code. :-)
