Looking for Weaponcrafter with Lightsmasher

I've been trying to find a weaponcrafter with the Lightsmasher recipe. I have seen one on the AH and have friended the guy who listed it but I have not been able to catch up with him. I'm hoping someone in guild has the recipe.... anyone?

Or do you know someone who has it?

I don't have the recipe, but could probably get it. Is it one of the plaque recipes?

No, it drops from someone in expert RotF I believe.
