Armorsmithing - Dark Iron Helm

I've been trying to find someone that can make the Dark Iron Helm on this server, without much luck. Someone mentioned that it does exist as they've seen it on the AH at some stage, but I'm yet to see it in the 2 weeks I've been looking.

Does anyone know someone that can craft it?
I'm pretty sure it's a BoP drop from Expert Charmer's Caldera.
