I quit Rift about a month into it.
Im somewhere around level 15 on my main.
Think I should get back into it or would it be difficult to find groups and such?

Finding groups has never been an issue for me or my RL friends that play with me. The family almost always has someone that needs to run something, they've implemented an in-game "looking for dungeon" tool AND Fog is going to be adding a feature to the site here that will help facilitate grouping as well. So yeah, groups shouldn't be an issue. :)
Dude, It'll only take you a week to get you to 50 :P It's worth a try if you've got some time.
Doesn't take long to level as Ninja said however the difference in PvP from 1-49 and level 50 might turn you off. Bit of a gear grind to become somewhat competitive and if you play offpeak then you wont be winning much. The PvP leaves much to be desired but its worth it if you get to the end ranks and run premades.
