ACK ! ! !

When the Faeblight server went down last night (about 2am Central), I thought I would have lost about the last 30 seconds of what I did... Instead, it looks like about 2 hours of advancement disappeared!

I noticed this because I wasn't where I expected my character to be... Then I noticed that a huge chunk of map that I had explored was grayed out again. Then I remembered that I had dinged 31 last night, but when I logged in this morning, I was about level 30.6 again...

[pouts and gets back to work]

Apparently my loss was unusual... Most folk that were on only lost about 30 minutes.

That is messed up!

Ok I'll admit that I broke into Stoats' Tavern and stole some of his beer. In order to cover up my act of theft, I erased the surveillance footage and replaced it with a rerun of the Facts of Life. Unfortunately, it seems that upon examining the doctored tape, Stoats was brainwashed into thinking he was actually a young George Clooney on that show. With the help of electro-shock therapy, I was able to restore him to his old self but not without some memory loss. The moral of this story is if you're going to splice old 80's shows into anything, make sure it doesn't have George Clooney on it.
