So ive had this laptop for about 3 years and the charger died twice, and the battery just died again and its like 130 for a replacement and there out of stock.
HP support is pretty terrible and my rig is slow(i lag on minecraftlmao)
I think im going to get a new laptop and ive narrowed it down to these two.
POssibly the HP envy 14 too.

In Rift i asked around and most said the ASUS g53.

Give me pros and cons of each please!

Once I have a better source of income, I'm going to see about what I can do to personally replace parts in my laptop. Something I found with my old desktop was that it was FAR cheaper to take out old, outdated graphic cards/processors and replace them with newer versions that to buy entire new systems. Granted that may not be the case with laptops. Now more to your question: The only thing I can add is that I've had an Alienware laptop for about 1.5 years now and it's decent. There's some nice things about it and some meh things about it. Trouble is that it was very expensive and it should be blowing me away and it never really has. That's my two cents at least. In the end, if you're halfway decent at fighting viruses yourself, installing programs and OS yourself as well as installing hardware yourself, build your own computer. It should save you a tremendous amount of money.

Definitely agree with Vampiresbane that desktops are the way to go (you could build a pc that handles Rift on ultra for probably around $600). But, if you have to go laptop for multipurpose computer needs.. Asus makes great and affordable laptops. Alienware is nice but way overpriced for what you get (their marketing is amazing though ;)).

I have a ASUS G50v gaming laptop. It will run LOTRO on Ultra settings and DirectX 11. Haven't loaded RIFT on it yet. The whole "coin lock" thing scares me a bit. Anyways, I agree with Adhamus - ASUS is the way to go. I have had my laptop for 2 years now and runs perfectly. I build my own desktop rigs from scratch, and I won't ever buy a laptop from Dell, HP, or Sony. I use ASUS motherboards and other components, and I have not been disappointed yet.
