It sounded like a few people were wondering where the cairn in Freemarch was, so I went looking. I've added it to the Exploration section for when that gets implemented. Meanwhile, as a Freemarch cairn I believe this caps at level 30. I received a level 30 item at level 30 - somebody 35 or higher will need to verify that.
An Ancient Cairn
Type: Location: Freemarch (5900,5030)
start off in the Freemarch starter area towards Stonefeld (around 6050, 4350) and climb up the mountains towards Meridian. Stay near the top ridgeline of the mountains. Just before you get to the cairn you will be flagged PvP for being so close to meridian. Moving closer, you should see the spires of Meridian down the mountains. You should also see a set of three Defiant NPCs near some colored circles. DO NOT ATTACK THEM - they will kill you. Climb up the ridge behind them and you should see the cairn on the ground!
