Guild Dungeon/Warfront/Invasion/ Runs

Heyas guys,

Soon we'll be starting our family events three nights a week and it will be epic and awesome. As a supplement to these nights of fun, I will be trying to do less formal family events on other nights.

The intention behind this plan is to give people the opportunity to group together who otherwise might not. Also, it'll be partly instructional as I've ran most of the dungeons before and I'd be happy to impart what little wisdom I have to others.

There will be no real set plan on what activity we'll do at this point. If we have alot of people interested, then we will try to do zone invasions. If it's less then we'll do dungeons and warfronts. Again, the intention is just to get to know each other a little better and not so much get the best gear possible.

Unless the zone/dungeon/warfront has a level restriction, there will be no requirements to joining our shindig. I've heard people voice concerns about being left behind or left out of things. Our family is based on inclusiveness and we will always make room for you if you are willing.

Right now, I am planning on Wednesday Night and Friday Night around 6:30 PST. If things get more popular, we can add another night. You will be able to claim participation points on this website with these events also. Hopefully it will give you some familiarity with our guild site.

P.S. The first event will be on Friday this week since I've got other obligations Wednesday. :)

This is a great idea, Bentmer ! Is there a possibility to do more than one family event on the same night due to time zones ? 6:30PST for me is getting late. If someone is willing to host a family event for Easterners, I'm interested. As of now, I'm on Defiant side with Roisin Dubh but I have decided to play 1-2 nights with either my Warrior or my Rogue with Gaiscioch. Let me know if there is a possibility of doing family events on Eastern time. Thanks

I can't really do an earlier time on the weekdays due to work constraints, but I'd be willing to do something earlier on a weekend. It largely depends on whether there's an official family night event on Sunday or not. If we don't, then I'd be glad to plan an event a little earlier on Sunday afternoon. Maybe 1 p.m. PST/ 4 p.m. EST?

I will help, Bentmer. I can lead an earlier event if you would like. At the moment I'm free pretty much all the time. I've run Fae more than anything, but I have run IT and DD as well before. Just let me know and I will help.

Thanks for the assist Nemon. :) For the moment, I just want to take this one event at a time and see how turnout and guild interest is. So Friday night we'll see how it goes. I probably will need a few volunteers in case our numbers swell past one raid group. If things go well and there is demand, I will plan another on Sunday afternoon before our last hurrah in Warhammer.
