This is my petition to Trion/Rift to add a login grace period, so that people aren't queue-screwed if their PC crashes.
Tonight I waited almost an hour in the queue to play, got in, played for about 8 minutes, and then my computer blue-screened (new video card). I was only out of the game for about 2 minutes, possibly less, but when I logged back in... 2 hour estimated wait, position 432. That's shouldn't happen to anyone.
