Reset your skills. If you don't have any points in a soul. You can change that one to any of the souls you have.
what if you already have points in 3 souls but want to change them to something totally different?
Same thing. reset your souls, which will bring your marksman to 0 points. Then, you can change it to riftstalker
Or buy another role, which will get you a fresh set of blank slots to fill. Then you can switch back and forth between builds as needed.
If you only have three souls you'll also need to do the quests offered in the city to get more souls, starts at level 13 (one soul is a PvP soul, you can buy it for PvP currency).
