You just have to do all the Novice Work Orders quests, which can be acquired from Sanctum.
I tried this Sunday with a new character. It was pretty easy.
From Divine Landing, I just learned all the gathering skills. Then, gather raw materials. I don't know the numbers exactly (I'm at work so I don't have it right now) but 20 Yew Woods, 20 Tin Ores, 20 Burlap Cloths and 20 Soft Hides should be more than enough.
After that, go to Sanctum, unlearn the skills that you don't need. But convert the woods into planks, ores into bars, cloths into bolts, and hides into leather before you unlearn. Then, learn new craft. Learn ones that you don't want to "major in" first and get the work order from that Abbot of Bahralt. Once the work order is ready to be turned in, unlearn the skill and learn another one until you're all done with all the crafts.
Then, you can go back to Quicksilver College and turn in all the work order quests. That should give you 18 Artisan's Mark.
Work Order Quests (each quests rewards you with 3 Artisan's Mark)
Apothecary - 2 Lesser Healing Potions (you can just buy the potions)
Runecrafter - 2 Dim Resolute Runes
Weaponsmith - 2 Tin Longswords
Armorsmith - 2 Tin Sabatons
Outfitter - 2 Burlap Shoes
Artificer - 2 Yew Wands
