Foghladha is there a chance there will be any more VIP Keys for Rift beta, i should have my new computer by thurs mabey friday morning i would love to test it out. Trying to get Hammer running on my Laptop to join you guys again, feel a format reload comming.

I doubt I personally will see any more keys. However I know Curse.com and Tentonhammer still have beta keys. As far as I know they've closed the floodgate to new testers at this point and are stabilizing for the next wave. My guess is next week they may let the next batch in. Come January it should go much wider. They're just ironing out the kinks in the server load balancing at this point. Trying to make sure their configurations will withstand opening day's black Friday style rush.

Do not give up hope! Even if you miss out on the Twitter, etc. giveaways, Abigale posted not too long ago that they are randomly emailing out VIP keys to folks who don't have them on their account yet.
If you keep track of the devs on the Rift forums they randomly will open a topic and all who post in it get a VIP beta key. Its just they do this randomly and for only about 5 mins. I think I have missed about 3 chances by about 10 mins myself.
Fileplanet.com hands them out to their subscribers too. once a week i believe. They are VIP keys too. A subscription is about $7.00 a month.
I still have a few Beta Keys left from the PAX event...but they are the regular keys (which means you will get invited to weekend beta events but not all of them)
I'll take one Tallahasse. I'd like to look/test out Rift in whatever capacity.
Wouldn't mind one, either. It is looking to be the next addiction.

I just got accepted to the next event! :) Nice Christmas present to get, so excited :) Now I gotta free up some drive space....

Sistermarie, I sent a beta key to the email you listed in your profile. Beta Event 3 just ended this Friday the 31st, but Beta Event 4 will be announced next week.

TYVM tallahassee, when i put the code in it said we cannot accept this at this time. Im assuming i should try again when the next beta event is open?
Shoooootin, Unless Trion stopped accepting Beta apps, you should be able to register that code... Because they send you an invite to Beta Event based on that code. They might not be accepting apps becuase it is still the holiday...maybe try again on Monday.
Idk why but its not working. "Sorry, we could not apply this code to your account. Try again or contact customer service."
Tried re-typing it, nothing. Tried deleting extra space, nothing.
oh crap...I just read that the keys I have all had to be registered by Dec. 31, 2010. My fault.....umm...u can punch me in the face sometime free of charge.
BTW, ALL the old codes had to be used in 2010. Probably a new series of codes will be released SOON(tm) I registered my GamesCom VIP code in AUGUST 2010. That was a long wait for the betas to kick off. Back then 1Q 2011 seems like a long way off.
you might try contacting Trion and begging to exchange your 2010 code for a 2011 code.

I've heard that most people that get into one Beta invite get into the rest of them. Hopefully I'll be joining you guys for some of next weekend.
So are they going to give out codes for '11 or did i miss it by one day? :(
