I've looked at the Website, but I haven't seen what kind of computer specs will be needed. I can obviously run Warhammer, Oblivion on med detail, but nothing higher than that.
What kind of specs do you testers have? Any guesses?

Not sure what's required. I use amd quad core (2.6) I think 4gb ddr2, and ati 480hd. Used to run at top settings no problem, but a patch or so ago I lost the ability to render at top settings. Yeah I reported it in feedback and forums.
Jonzac, if it helps:
My gaming rig is a Core 2 Duo 2.6 MHz with 4 DDR2 GB RAM and a Ge Force 9800 GT, and it runs the game at 1950 x 1080 with most post processing at peak. AA is at 4x and anisotropic is at 4 x, i think. All other graphical options are at peak, and the only time i've experimented any video lag issues where on some heavy warfront tests, with over 30 players on each side.
On the other hand, my notebook, an old celeron 2.0 with 2 DDR2 GB RAM and those really crappy intel graphic chipsets can barely run it at the lowliest graphics possible, and even then, the skybox won't render correctly, much less the post processing FX. Its playable, but, barely.
Not much technical data, i know, but, might help you get an idea of what specs should or shouldn't cut it.
Oh yes... If you can run WAHhammer at peak graphics, you'll breeze through Rift.

I can run it on a 1.6ghz Dual Core Intel with 2 gigs of ram, a 512 MB PCI-E 1.0 GeForce 7400 GT, in ugly mode and still be functional. It runs very well with my Dual Core 2.6ghz, 3 GB of Ram and PCI-E 1.0 Geforce 8400 GTS 1 GB. No problems on that machine at all. I can even turn on reflections and shadows without a problem.
The game is built with Multi-Core in mind. I believe that is required. Sorry It ain't about the Pentiums no more.
Fog did you just quote one of my favorite Weird Al songs of all time? Please link it if you can for those who don't know, it's all about the pentiums baby.

Love that song too. You're about as useless as jpegs to Helen Keller.
It kills me...what kinda chip you got in there a Dorito?
I have i7-950 3.2Ghz 6GB RAM ATI 5870 2GB and it runs with absolutely no hiccups at Ultra mode. I don't think they've published the minimum and recommended specs yet because they haven't fine tuned the performance yet. Although it's safe to say that if it runs now in beta (or alpha) for you then it will run even faster when they've done all the fine tuning. :)

Well, I 'think' my computer will handle it...no easy way to ensure that without getting into beta...anyone have any extra keys lying about?
umm...I've got my 'computer' window up right now, it only says it's Intel Core i3 CPU, will I be able to run it, or will my computer blow up?
Oh, I've also got an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD as a video card. :D

you might Seraph, but for the video card. Those onboard intel chipsets can't handle much.
Ah, thanks. Oh well, minimum graphic quality is alright with me! XD
