You know, I am very happy to see them exploring the dynamic element with this game. One of the most memorable gameplay experiences I ever had was the day Shadowbane launched several new severs.
The day they launched Corruption.. the CSR's ran a live event as soon as the server was up. They basically invaded the lowbie starting area with a skeleton and kobold army and it was absolute bliss. The live event lasted about 2 hours with unique rewards and insane exp with a brand new map for the community. It was completely out of the ordinary and was the most fun I've ever had during a server launch. (I think the game had been out a year or two by then so we all expected the same-o same-o rush to lvl 20 and off newbie island)
I hope they maximize the dynamic element and can work in pvp that is enjoyable.
