There are 4 jumping puzzles in total in the 3 borderlands and eternal battleground,
upon completion you will get some loot, badges and 2-3 blueprints (this is at random, you can get golems as well)
It might work better as a group because its not uncommon to have skirmishes occuring in those puzzles with other servers, all except the on in eternal battleground where you have the option to drink from a mystic fountain that turns you invisible until weapon use
Upon mastering the puzzles in borderlands I think it only takes 5-10minute to complete, which is very little effort to earn badges and blueprints
The one in EB is less forgiving so it could be challenging if you are not familiar with doing jumping puzzles, its also longer, but its definitely a worthwhile adventure for the scene and the challenge.
Something worth considering.
