I recently returned to GW2 and got my web account updated and logged back in by Fog. I lost my old Arena.Net account and am trying to get a guild invite for account: Dodgy Bloke.3259.

What you need to do is sign into your new account and add your new arena net ID. To do that, sign into https://www.gaiscioch.com/ and go to Edit profile button by your name in the top left hand corner of the page. Once you click it there will be a gaming profile tag. Click on GW2 and add the new arena net id.
I will invite you also in game. BUT I just noticed. We got an invite request for Ranger.8324 which looks like you. Is that the correct arena net ID or is Dodgy Bloke.3259? that is what needs to be corrected to the right one.
It's been updated with the new ID, thank you for the help and sorry for all the fuss!
