After running in the Tuatha WvW event last night. There was someone who ask about AOE stability sources. After taking a short research break at work I thought about it and realised I could accomodate this with a rather easy setup.
By no means though is this a build I would be caught dead in alone. It is more tailored for the portal zerg balls we ran last night. :)

This does a few things that I saw we relied on during the chaos last night.
Reviving procs - lets the guardian put up a SoA while reviving. Similar to feedback except that it won't reflect the projectiles, just absorb them.
AOE stability - Something we seemed to be hurting on last night as a number of us were getting pulled out. There are 3 sources of this in the build, traited VoC, HG (also gives fire field), and SYG. The only better option I can think of for this is a warrior with the Warbanner Elite, which he could carry around when needed.
Group cleanses - Traited VoR is probably the most underrated ability for the guardian in my opinion. It's a stunbreak + 3 condition cleasnes for everyone in addition to a 1650 base heal.
Retailation - the beloved AOE killer, couple of sources here with pretty high uptime due to +boon duration.
