I'm already running a very similar build, and it's a lot of fun. I'll have to play around with Static Discharge and Tool Kit though, I hadn't thought of using those. Grenade Barrage can hit like a train, even in my pootastic gear, but it's very RNG. If you get a bad spread pattern, it's pretty disappointing, but when the stars align, it will almost one-shot people.
I`ve been running a spanner static discharge build for a month now its very fun and the discharge hits hard for added burst . A Alt build is swaping out the rifle turrent and adding goggles for fury as well as toolbelt damage buff to target , exlir S is good too for stablity to cover stomps and evade for 3 secs . search the GW2 Guru.com eng forums in the pvp section for ideas on various builds to try . best thing about this game is there is no bad build all are viable depending on your playstyle .
