I have never actually made this sandwich because no sandwich shop in my area will let you pick 4 meats and 2 cheeses on one sandwich, also the amounts to use will vary based on just how hungry your carnivore is *grin*
Bread; Lightly Toasted Sourdough lightly spread with honey-mustard or Rye lightly spread with Dijon mustard
Roast beef
Sharp Cheddar
Pastrami
Grilled Onions (or Caramelized if using sourdough and honey mustard)
Ham
Baby Swiss
Turkey Breast
Layer in order listed
If you cannot use grilled or caramelized onions it is perfectly acceptable to use simply sliced onions.
