RaidCall doesn't have a smartphone/mobile app. Any thoughts on switching to something else so folks on PS3 can also voice chat? The big three voice communication programs all have Android/iOS apps.

As expected, from the look of this chart, Mumble is the best option (always is, imo; best voice chat app out there).
To be honest, it maybe a wait and hold tactic. In Thailand raid call has created a mobile app for raid call, and from the looks of it from the forums, it wont be long before raid call has an american app release as well!
Maybe Ben can chime in here, as he has been working with the raid call guys closely!
I personally don't want to exclude anyone, but also don't want to transplant anyone or divide time between the voice chat apps because it causes a division in the family when people log from one to the other and I like to keep the family in one place, additionally, people who don't play or haven't been introduce can pop into our channel in RC and ask about the game or just come and chat with us in general.
RaidCall is about to release their Mobile & Mac client. They have been testing it for about 2 months. It should launch here soon. Keep an eye on their Facebook. They've actually mentioned it 3 times in the past 4 weeks.
Furthermore, RaidCall is a major sponsor in our events. They provide prizes for the things we do. They are also saving me 200+$ a month. I can not afford to lose money on a voice service. The cost of Ventrilo, Teamspeak, and Mumble is astronomical when you break the 100 person mark. With ESO on the horizon and the entire game being a potential attendee in our events RaidCall is going to be the cornerstone of our success. We need to be able to house 1000+ people at a time and quite honestly when you get over 200 in a room in any of those other services you get obscene amounts of lag and delay. RaidCall's cloud based engine performed flawlessly without any lag with the 740 people that came to rogers memorial.

Raidcall has been saving HoL $130 a year since switching from Ventrilo. The absence of a mac client has been an issue for a few of our members though... So it's good to hear they have something in the works. Also I would gladly pay $5 for a Raidcall mobile app.
