Until we get a build section in the forums, I would be interested in seeing people's different builds.
The founder of Tamriel Foundry, and world class MMO player in general, has been working on an interesting build he calls the Reaver. You can see him playing it on the PTS server twitch feed on weekends. Here is an ESOHead link to the build. He gives a rather through description of the reasons behind the build and it seems to work well in practice.
