The countdown has begun to Version 1.0 and we've got one last stop before we roll out the official launch of the game. With this past month's patch, the game became a LOT more Gaiscioch friendly extending the no loot zone to 75% of the world. You can now explore and farm to your heart's content without the worry of losing anything from your inventory. The only Lootable areas are the center of the map and the other two realms' home bases. Over the past year, they had major revisions to the combat system, crafting, the graphics engine, added a wealth of new PvE content, and improved the guild system. They still have some more major improvements coming in early January through February with the 1.0 version expected sometime in late February or Early March.

If you're exploring Gloria Victis be sure to join the Gaiscioch! You can do this by heading to the town board on the south side of the capital city. From there you can join the community just by clicking the Join button. We've been leveling the clan up since 2015 so we've got a bit of a head start.

January Event Lineup
We will be running 2 weekly events throughout January.
Siege with Gaiscioch - Wednesdays at 4PM PT / 7PM ET
Want to learn how siege warfare works? Join us as we lay siege to targets in the no-loot part of the world. We will be taking over villages, castles, and forts as we stretch our legs.
Public Questing - Sundays at 11AM PT / 2PM ET
Join Gaiscioch as we head into the world to hunt some of the most ferocious foes and complete bulk Public Quests. You will walk away with massive amounts of Experience, Loot, and Coin to help you progress in your journey.
Once we get a solid raiding party we will start making some major pushes into the top-tier areas to gather some of the most sought-after materials available.
Guild Castles Arrive in January
Next up is the much anticipated Guild Castle update that allows every guild, big or small, to have its very own guild hall that can be upgraded and sieged (per the schedule you set). That said all throughout December Gaiscioch has held Dundrum Fort and Dundrum Village for our realm. We look forward to being able to settle into our new Guild Castle and upgrade it so we have access to the best crafting tools available. I initially won't have us scheduled to join wars until we have enough of a player base to put up a defense.
Call to Arms
Gloria Victis is finally in a place where I feel comfortable pushing this out wide to all of you. As we approach the official launch of the game I want to welcome you all to join us. This game has PvE, Crafting, Exploration, Siege Warfare, and World Events. There are major bosses to slay in the open world and a ton of potential for a community that works together. If you've tried Gloria Victis in the past I encourage you to give it another try. It has spent a lot of time course-correcting over the years of development and is in a much better place now than it's been in years past.
