Our Enemies Are Wavering!

It would seem the large groups we have encountered previously are thinning out as they become bored. We had a great Keep defense at Bay. The forces of E V I L attempted to take the southern gate, and failed. They moved northward trying to destroy seige as they went. Eventually they tried to attack from the plateau between garrison and bay. Here they again faced superior trebuchet fire that quickly drove them northward again. They moved on to the north outer gate of bay only again to be turned back by trebuchet fire. They retreated to the worm area and built several trebuchets in the gap. It took them awhile but they finally began to hit the north outer door. Our trebuchets could not hit them from where they were. I placed another trebuchet just behind and to the left of the north outer door. This trebuchet was able to hit the two trebs that had been placed by the worm. A full power shot was necessary to hit their treb placement. It took them several shots to dial in this treb so they were down before they could do significant damage to this treb. Several great open field battles were also waged and won by our team. Only when we were outnumbered over 2 to 1 did the tide turn in their favor, and even then we did significant damage to them. It was a great day!
