Everyone,
I talked to a customer service representative in game yesterday shortly after putting in a ticket to verify if there was a known issue with the Eidetic Memory books updating correctly in the Lore Library of the Journal.
Well, there is an issue they are trying to find and resolved and they would love bug reports on it if you have this bug. Here is how you know you have it:
You open your Lore Library and look under Eidetic Memory and you see most of them say 0/# though you have read all sorts of books off the book shelves, you have this bug. The only ones registering for me are the motif books for crafting. So I see crafting with the number of motifs I have and everything else says I never read it, but I know I read Mead Mead Mead under poetry. ::chuckles::
So if you notice this please, please, please do a bug report on it and add screen shot. I was told the more bug reports they get on this the better they can find the issue. It does not appear to be hitting everyone but is definitely impacting enough players they want to figure it out. The more info they get from more sources, the better they can look for similarities and find where it is glitching.
