So, if you bought the Physical Collector's Edition (possibly any physical edition at all), there should be two different sheets with codes. One code, will be on the back of the manual with the game controls (the front cover says The Elder Scrolls Online) and will say under the code specifically 'Game Registration Code'. This should be there first code that you put into your account proving that you did in fact completely purchase and receive your game. It will then ask you to set up your subscription and pre-authorize your credit card to ensure you are giving valid information before it'll except your code. Then with the collector's edition for sure, there is a second sheet that specifies Imperial Edition code on one side, Explorer's Pack on the other. At the bottom of that code sheet is the two codes you need to confirm Imperial Edition registration and Explorer Pack registration.
